Setup
- Create a workspace (each workspace is a separate environment with its own widgets, forms, settings, and billing plan).
- Add testimonials (collect them via forms, or import existing reviews from 20+ platforms).
- Build a collection form (Collection Forms → Create a form → customize pages → design → save).
- Organize with tags (use tags on testimonials, widgets, or forms to auto-tag submissions).
- Create & embed a widget (Widgets → New Widget → configure layout/design/settings → Save → Embed → paste the JS snippet into your site).
What you paste on your site
Shapo generates the embed snippet for each widget. After you save a widget, click Embed and copy the JS snippet.
Embedding on any platform
Shapo’s widget embed is a copy/paste snippet from your dashboard. If your platform has a “Code/HTML” block, you’re good.
Widget settings you can control

Using tags to curate

Does Shapo work on Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.?
Yes! Shapo provides an embed snippet for each widget. If your platform supports an HTML/Code block (or header/page scripts), you can paste it in.
How do I embed a widget?
Create and save a widget, then click Add to your website to copy the JS snippet and paste it into your site’s HTML where you want the widget.
What’s the Free plan limit?
The Free plan allows up to 10 total testimonials. Widgets/forms/tags are unlimited.
Can I run multiple client sites?
Yes! You can use separate workspaces (each workspace has its own widgets/forms/testimonials/settings and its own billing plan) to manage multiple accounts for clients.
Do I need a developer?
